He is survived by: his children, Michael, Jr., Cari Crawford (Mike Lohrer) and Sheri Davis (Scott, Sr.); his daughter-in-law Joyce Ingold Cook; his grandchildren, Keegan Crawford, Carson Cook, Cassidy Duke (Cameron), Connor Cook, Scott Davis, Jr. (Kim), Seth Davis (Megan) and Sierra Davis; and his great grandchildren, Lily Duke and Owen Davis.
