He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Ham" Hammontree and Cecilia Chase. He is survived by: his wife Martha; and his children, Kirsten, Michael (Easterday), Amy (John Pack) and Jason (Andrea Fears). He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
