He was predeceased by: his parent Methodist; his brothers, Jeremy and Steve; his extended family Alan Price; his niece Rachel Kindred; his stepson Andrew Lombardi; and his former wife Karon Frank.

He is survived by: his friend Wendy Kindred; his wife Pamela Lombardi; his children, Audrey, Jessica Kindred and Thomas Kindred (Katie Betancourt); his stepson Benjamin Lombardi (Jessie); his grandchildren, Willa Rey, Arthur Frank Kindred, Wesley, Quinn and Michael Lombardi; his cousins, Alice Price and James Hayes (Anne); his sister-in-law Ellen Goldensohn; his nephew Clyde; and his niece Rebecca Kindred. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
