He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo O'Harra and Mary Fearing O'Harra; and his stepdaughter Getena Hartman. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean O'Harra; his daughter Carmen Beniak (Troy); his stepdaughters, Jan Bartel (Nelson), Judy Hess (Bill) and Dawn Jones (Laura Puhl); his son-in-law David Hartman; his brother Delbert O'Harra (Carol); and his friend Michael.
