He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Samuel Cutshall and Roberta Ruth Cutshall (Addy). He is survived by: his daughters, Rashelle Gillett (Jason) of Columbus, Ohio, Brooke Hettinger (Lawrence) of Ruther Glen, Virginia and Amy Cutshall of Fresno, Ohio.; his granddaughters, Nora and Lucy Gillett; and his siblings, Deborah Crouso, Chris Cutshall (Kathy), Elana Speicher (Randy) and Sheryln Cutshall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
