He is survived by: his children, Joseph, Miley, Damian and Grayson; his mother Phyllis Eames; his siblings, Jessica Minix, Matthew Terrill and Eugene Minix; and the mothers of children, Haley Wickerham and Jordan Best.

The family is asking for donations to help with funeral expenses.
