He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenvil Neal and Juanita Skeen (Landis) of Mt. Vernon, Ohio.. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his stepsons, Paul (Bridget), Todd (Jen) and Eric Tedrow; his grandchildren, Collin (Sierra), Cassidy (Ethan), Claire, Davin, Ian (Hanieh), Henry, Zach and Logan Tedrow; and his brothers-in-law, Donald and Douglas Hartley.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer - Northeast Chapel (3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
