Carter; her siblings, Allen Carter, Audrey Hutchings, Mark Carter and Daniel Carter (Deborah); and her close friends, Betty Abbott, Helena Brown, Clara Tucker, Gail Hatten and Cynthia Soward. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles along with many, many cousins.
