She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Verna Smith, James and Velma McDade. She is survived by: her parents, John Larry Smith Sr. and Joyce Elaine McDade; and her siblings, Erica LaDawn Fompun, LaToya Denise Smith, John Larry Smith Jr., Jayson Anthony McDade and Antwon Maurice (Fayrn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and family friends.
