She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rausch and Margaret Rausch; her husband Richard Belcher; her daughter Stefanie Spielman; and her brother David Rausch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Fitz (Bill), Cindy Belcher and Sandy Belcher (Alain); her son-in-law Chris Spielman (Carrie); and her grandchildren, Lauren, Allie, Emily, Maggie, Maddie, Noah, Macy, Audrey, Kendra and Gina. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ Presbyterian Church (530 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44702). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
