She was predeceased by: her husband Tivis Farley, Sr.; her parents, Clarence Koontz and Vivian Koontz; her grandchildren, Seth Stover, Ashley and Bridgette Farley; and her great grandchild Jalani Farley-Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Stover (Ron), Pam Coffman (Chris), Kimberly Kelly (Bob), Tivis Jr., Jason (Andrea), Joseph (Randi), Christopher and Dustin Farley (Ivy); and her sister Susie Cain. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
