McCollins; her parents, Everett Crouch and Pauline Crouch; her sister Janice Walker (Crouch); and her niece Cindy Jolliff (Walker).
As Mom would want, the family requests on lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Worthington Christian Church and designated to the Worship and Music Ministry.
