He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Hauth and Judy Hauth (Nickel); and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Hauth; his sons, Robert Lee Hauth and Brandon Lee Hauth; his brother Eric Hauth (Mary); his niece Rachel Hauth; and his nephew Eric Hauth. He is also survived by his great-nieces; and many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nick's memory to the ASPCA or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
