He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Hurst and Michelle Hurst; his brothers, Andrew and Tyler Hurst; his grandparents, Robert, Linda Funk, Rosemary Hurst and Jim Bates; his aunt Tina Evans; and his uncles, Rob Funk, Tony Funk (Lauren), Lawrence Hurst, Jason Bates (Michelle), Judson Bates (Rachel) and Jameson Bates.
