We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2025, at the age of 88, Noretta Shaw of Columbus, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Noretta's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Gibson and Effie Gibson (Collins); her sisters, Creta and Freeda (Fred); and her son Michael.
She is survived by: her son Dennis; her daughter-in-law Cynthia; and her grandchildren, Thomas, Sierra and Tyler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tidd Family Funeral Home (5265 Norwich St, Hilliard, OH 43026). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
