Collinsworth of Columbus, Ohio, born in Delbarton, West Virginia, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Thomas H; her son Glenn Thomas; her son-in-law Robert Stuller; her grandson Robert Stuller III; and her close friend Ona Riley.
She is survived by: her children, Carlene Stuller, Kim Collinsworth (Doris Hartman), Robin Collinsworth (Sonny Tiller) and Thomas Jeffrey Collinsworth; her grandson Michael Collinsworth; her daughter-in-law Lora; her sister-in-law Margie Collinsworth; and her close friend Julia Leasse. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
