He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Norris Lenahan and Ernestine Lenahan; and his sister Dr. Florence Lenahan. He is survived by: his sister Janet Dwyer; his brother-in-law Ronald Dwyer of Columbus; and his cousins, Judy, Gary Campbell, Nancy, Gene Crooks, Beth and John New.
