She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Oliver and Lewis Oliver of Cols, Ohio.; her husband Francis Cook (Gene); and her brothers, William and Douglas Oliver.

She is survived by: her children, Manly Norris (Regina), Sabrina Leggette (John), Lisa Henneke (John) and Brigette Lowery (Robert); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Julianna, Jennifer, Marisa, Alaina, Alexander and Austin. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
