It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia A. Farrell (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Courtney Farrell; her daughter Mary 'Susan'; her brothers, Tom McCarthy, O. P. and Jim McCarthy; her son-in-law John Stewart; her brother-in-law Phil Holdrieth; her great grandchild Elizabeth Stewart (Bess); and her parents, Jim McCarthy and Olive McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Patty, John (Susie), Jim, Thomas (Suzanne) and Michael; and her sister Mary Jean Holdrieth. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
