She was predeceased by: her parents, David E. Higbee and Leona B. Higbee; and her husband Bernerd Charles Ranney. She is survived by: her sisters, Carolyn Kay Lium and Marilyn Sue Poe; and her children, Mark David Ranney (Susan), Carol Lynne Hopkins (Lee) and Rebecca Sue Rowland (Dustin). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Donations in her memory may be given to the Delaware County Humane Society.
