He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Sherri N. Shanahan (Nelson Jeck) and the late Kevin R. Shanahan; son: Matthew; brothers: Kevin and Mark (Kimberly); sister: Rose Hornaday (Tracey); and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home (4661 Kenny Rd, Columbus, OH 43220). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice that supports drug addiction or homelessness, or you may honor Patrick's life by planting a tree.
