We announce the death of Patti Gillespie of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 73. Patti will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Neff and Joann Neff; and her siblings, Doug, Scott, Bradley Neff, Benji, Kimmi and Marri.
She is survived by: her husband Rickey Gillespie; her sons, Robert James, Shawn Evans and Brandon James; her stepchildren, Rickey Gillespie (Mindy), Thomas Gillespie and Nicole Gillespie; and her siblings, Tom Neff (Cindy), Collin Neff, Kristi Dishner, Kandi Pulley (Gary) and Andri Hubbard (Dana). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
