He is survived by: his siblings, John Afek of Columbus, James Afek of Steubenville and Linda Ledbetter of Englewood, CO; and his siblings' children, Brian, Greg, Andy Afek, Robert Ledbetter, Jamie Westling and Annalee Afek.
