He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hibert Hartley Sr. (Betty Hartley) and Dorcus Stump Williams; and his father-in-law Ben Williams. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Hartley; his daughter Amanda Robertson; his son-in-law Anthony Robertson; and his grandson Aiden Hartley.
