He is survived by: his sons, Justin Stevens, James Hayes and Michael Stevens; his grandsons, Justin Stevens Jr. and Isaias Stevens; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Stevens, Maria Stevens and Christina Franklin (Brian); and his nieces and nephews, Renee, Robert "Bo", Molly, Shawn, Trevor and Lane. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews; along with other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services (3030 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
