She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kinser and Manuella Kinser; and her siblings, Phyllis Foor and Wendell Kinser. She is survived by: her husband Roger Rader; and her brother Dave Kinser (Sam). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
