He was predeceased by: his parents, N. Doyle Amspaugh and Mildred Railing Amspaugh. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth McRoy (William) and Laura Fricke (Jon); his grandchildren, Matthew Thiele, R. Jacob Thiele, Dylan Fricke, Rachel McRoy and Jessie McRoy; his great grandchild Bryden Durkin-Thiele; his sister-in-law JoAnn Amspaugh; his nephew Michael Amspaugh (Scarlett); his great-nephew Trevor Amspaugh; and his former wife Linda Amspaugh. He is also survived by his family and his wide circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Unitarian Universalist Church (93 W Weisheimer Rd, Columbus, OH 43214). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
