Phansy is survived by: wife Srey; children, John, Judy, Mary, Johnny and Linda; and grandchildren, Sayha, Nala, Jordan, Taevyonne, Maejor, Maiyluvh, Nyrai, Daemeyn, Nakai, Mayla, Sean, Jayden and Malaya.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home (2693 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
