It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip R. Johnson (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and Zella Johnson; and his former wife Geraldine Anne (Jeri). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kathy); his children, Philip Hoss (Jill) and Mary Hanna (Scott); his sisters, Linda and Josephine (Josie); and his grandchildren, Julianne and Hunter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
