He is survived by: his family Phoupheth; his siblings, Phouvanamaly Phommachanh, Phouratthaninhom, Phouvilavong, Phousompasong and Phousouthihack Phommachanh; his wife Khamphanh Phommachanh; his children, Phousengvilaysack, Phousengvilaysith Phommachanh (Ning), Napaporn Jackson (Aaron) and Linda Phommachanh; Lucky. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and close friends.
