Phyllis Yvette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harper and Anna Harper; and her husband Paul Jordan. She is survived by: her brother Rayford Harper (Linda); her children, Stephanie, Adrienne, Paula (Grzegorz) and Anthony (Monica); her nieces, Yvette (Mary), DaLyn, Heather and Christa; her nephew Mitchell; her cousins, Jimmy, Valletta (Eddie) and Laura; and her grandchildren, Kennedy, Lewis, Evan and Reese. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt Vernon Ave AME Church (1127 Mt Vernon Ave, Columbus, OH 43203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon A. M. E. Church (1127 Mt Vernon Ave, Columbus, OH 43203).
