He is survived by: his father Frederick; his brother James Earl Patterson; his son Joaquin L. Patterson; his siblings, Sandra Agnew and Duane Patterson (Edith); and his close friends, Nellie Scarville (Peaches) and Darryl Crumiell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
