She is survived by: her husband Gary Michael Pazak; her children, Douglas Pazak (Elizabeth) of Lewis Center and Anna Marie Thompson (Eric) of Dublin; and her grandchildren, Olivia, Ava Pazak, Sydney, Kennedy and Emery Thompson.
