He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Richter, Sr. and Jane Eliza Myers (Lisa). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Lee and Andrea; his sisters, Carolyn Hoagland (Kevin), Lisa Willis (Bill) and Nancy Schramm (Dennis); and his siblings' children, Rob Richter, Jamie Creamer, Aaron, Paul Schramm and Lindsey Schramm McIntyre. He is also survived by 3 great nephews and 8 great nieces.
