He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Levie and Lethan Gulley; his parents, Ralph E. Woods, Sr. and Carol Jean Harrington; his son Robert Eugene Woods; and his siblings, Michael, Clayton, Ross, Anthony Woods and Rochelle Woods.

He is survived by: his wife Rosa Frances Woods; his children, Marlene Griffin, Ralph Tucker (TIffany), Sandrena Monroe, Johnathan Taylor, Shanell and Kareem Bennett; and his siblings, Curtis, Kenneth, Gennareh, Aretha Woods, Gena IVie, Sheryl (Emory Thomas), Clintonia Woods and Roeann (William Bradley). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
