He is survived by: his wife Faith; his children, Michael Allen Fulmer (Kayla) and Hope Kirby; his grandchildren, Tristen, Lana, Maegan and Jasper; his sisters, Debbie Ferrelli (Jeff) and Donna Killam (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Guy, Kaci, Kelli, Angie and Nick; and his aunt Glada McCoy.
