He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed and Alice; and his brothers, David, Carl and Larry.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Jessica (Zach), Kim (Wes) and Scott (Jacob); his granddaughters, Elena and Josephine; and his brothers, Mike, George and Paul.

Ray would have appreciated donations to the American Heart Association to further research that could help his children and brothers.
