He was predeceased by: his parents, Irma Powley and Darrell Powley; his wife Patricia Case-Powley; and his granddaughter Alexis Armer. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cox of Lima, Amy Miller of Columbus and Bradley Powley of Columbus Grove, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Angel Ward, Tommy Cox, Shawn Powley, Jeremy Powley and Tyler Powley; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Ava, Gavin, Kierra, Kinsleigh, Raylan, Zoey and Sadie; and his great great grandchild Hakeem.
