He is survived by: his son Scott Townsend (Laura) of Newark, OH; his daughter-in-law Jamie Townsend; his grandchildren, Andria Hostutler (Hunter), Aubrey Antill, Caleb Townsend and Konner Townsend; and his great grandchildren, Jennifer Ward, Ryder, Sophia, Arabella, Zayden Mendoza and Theo Hostutler.
Tom resided there once Alzheimer's and Dementia became his reality at the young age of 59.
