It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L Boerner (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on December 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Richard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kay; and his parents, Albert Boerner and Minnie Boerner. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Chrissy, Scott, Ronnie, Tom Graham, Deanna Maynard and Debbie Boyer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and many nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home (403 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215). A prayer will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
