He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Boysel and Lucrittia Boysel; his sons, Richard Boysel II and Shawn Boysel; his stepdaughter April Hearl; and his siblings, Charles Boysel, David Boysel, Mary Young, Shirley Dildine and Pat Kinder.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Boysel; his children, Lee Bowen, Christina Basil, Robert Boysel (Tracy), Chad Boysel and Tammy Clark (Danny); and his sisters, Susie Bowen and Carol Kendrick. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jerry Spears Funeral Home (2693 W Broad St, Columbus, OH 43204). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
