He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Williams and Dorothy A. Williams of Columbus, OH.; his wife Annie Williams (Sue); and his siblings, Charles Williams, Jr., Robert Williams, Sr. (Rainey Williams) and Mildred Williams.

He is survived by: his siblings' children, Tab Williams, Robert Williams, Jr., Thomas Williams, Darryl Brown and Jacquelyn Allison; and his sisters, Dorothy Brown, Virginia Williams and Phyllis Allison (Ronald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
