It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Claffey of Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Harry Claffey and Mary Claffey; his children, Angel Steinbrook, Melissa Steinbrook and David; his grandson David II; and his sisters, Birdie, Rebecca and Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle (Drew) and George (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Desiree, Destiny, Daylin, Dillan, Dalton, Jason, Jonathon, Chad Jr. (CJ) and Tyra; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Marlee, Archie, Atticus, Colson, Daylin Jr., David, Kade and Keely; his siblings, Alice, Evelyn, Harry, Gary and Mike; and his close friends, Dana Ross and Hillbilly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
