He is survived by: his daughter Christara Bolender (William) of Danville, Illinois; and his sisters, Susan Gieke, Cindy Ramsey (Tom), Barbara Caldwell and Jennifer Paulins (Howard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
