He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Chambers and Freda Chambers; and his siblings, Ranny, Eddie, Donnie, Bill Chambers and Linda Talling.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his grandchildren, Michael, Cody, Blake and Brooke.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
