He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Fowler Sr. and Jeannie L. Fowler; and his siblings, David Fowler and Barbara Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Fowler; his children, Heather Manbevers, Brandi Fowler, Amy Fowler, Sean Fowler, Angie Sandine, Mike Johnson, Chris Speakman, Karen Watson, Jaimie Beebe and Kimberley Rutter; and his brothers, John Fowler and Dan Fowler. He is also survived by grandchildren; and two beloved great-grandchildren.
