He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hines and Dr. Margaret Hines; and his stepdaughter Erin Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Hines; his brother Steven Hines (Carol); his stepdaughter Kelly Sullivan (Jeffrey); his son-in-law John Arthur; his grandsons, Keegan and Harrison Arthur; and his nephews, Chris Hines (Stephanie) and Greg Hines (Lauren).
