He is survived by: his wife Carol S. Kendrick; his sons, Michael L. Kendrick and Richard L. Kendrick Jr.; and his daughters-in-law, Janet Kendrick and Karen Kendrick. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and several other family and friends.
