He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Michael Sr. and Pauline Michael; his wife Juanita Michael; his daughter Victoria Michael; his stepson Wayne Kelso; his siblings, Charles Jr., David Michael and Barbara Cass; his grandson Juan Tye; his nephew Steven Michael; his cousin Edwin Johnson; his sister-in-law Lorene Michael; his niece Lori Michael; and his brother-in-law Sonny Williams.
He is survived by: his close friend Russell Early; his daughter Margo Tye; his stepdaughter Myrna Kelso; his siblings, Earnest Michael, Ali Michael (Gail) and Charlene Robinson; his sister-in-law Mary Williams; his grandchildren, Micquel Michael, Dexter Tye, Ericka Michael and Sheree Tye; and his niece Jackie Cass. He is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren, 22 GG Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Service (1370 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43205). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
