He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Weaver; his stepdaughters, Kelly Leach (Pat) and Karen Tieman (Mike); his grandchildren, Dean, Charlotte Anne Weaver, Jacob, Drew, Cody Tieman, Nick (Sarah), Madilyn Parkey and Cameron Leach; his former wife Anne Potoky; and his sons, Scott Douglas Weaver, Timothy Allen Weaver (Marsha) and Richard Albert Weaver, Jr. (Worked).
